Frozen Food Conference, Zhengzhou
ATO/Beijing sponsored a U.S. Ingredients workshop at the Zhengzhou Frozen Food Conference, from August 27-29. The Workshop, held on the 28th, provided a platform to discuss the use of U.S. food ingredients in Chinese frozen food manufacturing. Participating industry groups included the Cranberry Marketing Commission, the Highbush Blueberry Council and the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council. Other speakers included Chinese companies such as San Quan (China¡¯s largest maker of frozen dumplings), who discussed their experience in developing new products using U.S. food ingredients.
