Dec. 4, IHG (Inter Con Hotels Group) properties in Beijing joined hands with Project Hope to support children’s education via the 3rd annual “Cuisine for a Cause”. The event, together with other charity events organized throughout the year collected more than RMB 250,000 for the project.  Over 30 chefs, and mixologists from eight IHG Beijing hotels competed in the following areas:  Coffee Breaks, Desserts, Green Food, Hainan Chicken, Black Box (mystery ingredients used to produce recipes), and last but not least, Cocktails. The ATO Beijing Director participated as one of 6 judges from government, media and industry organizations for the event held at the Temple of Heaven Holiday Inn in Beijing.
